Junixe, a new development in Burgundy Estate, Milnerton, is Rabie's fourth launch in the precinct in the last 12 months, with an accumulative capital value of R580m. This includes the recently launched phase two of Rabie's retirement development, Oasis Life Burgundy Estate. Its first phase was completed in September at a capital value of R120m.
