Team Hewitt's Excellence Recognised at Alexander Swart's 2019 End Of Year Function.

Category News

Team Hewitt, relatively new arrivals in the estate agency world, have shown conclusively that with dedication and commitment relatively they could crack it. Garth Hewitt has been at Alexander Swart for just over 18 months and Yolandi for only ten months (after a period in the rental division)  At the recent Alexander Swart annual awards they took many of  the prizes, including the agency's Brand Ambassador of the Year, the most prestigious award that the AS group offers, which went to Garth.

"The Brand Ambassador Award is for the agent, who in our opinion most reflects the values and principles we believe in," says Rowan Alexander, Director of Alexander Swart. "To qualify the candidate must be successful but we also look for evidence that the agent has had excellent relationships with his clients and work colleagues and has repeatedly gone the extra mile in giving good service. There were at least three agents who were real contenders for this award and who in a sense all deserved it but we believe we made the right choice as Garth has been outstanding this year."

Further awards made to Garth Hewitt were:

·        Second place - Top Selling Agent, Durbanville

·        Most Dedicated Show House Agent, Durbanville

·        No 1 Listing Agent, Durbanville

·        Third place - Group Overall competition

Yolandi Hewitt took the prizes for Top New Agent at Brackenfell and Most Referrals to Rentals at Brackenfell.

Between them Team Hewitt sold just on R60 million worth of property in 2019 and both Garth and Yolandi  expect to sell more in 2020 because they are now better acquainted with their roles and remain as committed  and passionate about their tasks as ever. Rowan Alexander commented that both had regularly had excellent Facebook reviews, praising them, for example, for their good advice, their professionalism, their patience and their ability to keep clients up to date day by day.
