25 on Grey, one of the houses that set the tone for the upmarket, affluent Welgemoed Cape Town Northern Suburbs residential suburb three decades or more ago, has come onto the market at the "very reasonable" price of R9 950 000. The home is being sold by Alexander Swart Property Group whose Director, Rowan Alexander, said recently that it must rank as one of the best three homes ever handled by his agency.
"Not only is it outstanding architecturally," he said, " but it has a magnificent position. Sited on solid rock high on the slopes of the Tygerberg, it has great privacy and exclusivity: there are no houses close on either side and only one a fair distance behind it.
