Alexander Swart Property's workshop will run throughout 2019

Category News

Of all the decisions that Alexander Swart Property took in 2018, one of the most fruitful and rewarding was that which led to the company offering free property buyer and property investor workshops to the public, says Rowan Alexander, Director of Alexander Swart Property.

Encouraged by the good attendance and the enthusiasm at the four workshops held towards the end of 2018, Alexander Swart Property will this year arrange for a further 22 sessions to be held in 2019, 11 for property buyers and 11 for investors.

The first property buyers' workshop will take place on 30th January and the first investors' course on 6th February.  The venue will be the Alexander Swart Property offices in John Gainsford Street in Brackenfell and the start time will always be 7 p.m.  Drinks and snacks will be served.

In addition, Alexander is willing to give free workshops to any large company that asks him to do so - and has already done two such sessions.

"As we said when we launched this initiative, we know that the man-in-the-street has a real interest in property and believes that he could benefit from it - provided he is well advised.  This advice we will continue to give, especially as we know now that it is much appreciated and is already being acted on by some of those who attended our first workshops."
