Alexander Swart Property Acquire New Head Office Premises.....
Category News
The newly independent Alexander Swart Property group (formerly the Brackenfell franchise of a national property group) has amalgamated its Brackenfell and Kraaifontein operations. According to Rowan Alexander, Director of Alexander Swart Property, the decision to do this was logical because, being no longer under the control of their former franchisee, they do not have to keep to their previous boundaries.
The amalgamation, he says, will allow all Alexander Swart agents to work in both Brackenfell and Kraaifontein and this will give them more scope: formerly they had to confine themselves to one or other territory. Alexander Swart will, however, soon establish a satellite office in Kraaifontein to take the place of its former office there and thereby maintain a high profile in the area.
Under the new arrangements Alexander Swart will, says Alexander, need bigger and more modern offices in Brackenfell (capable of accommodating at least 40 agents) and to achieve this they have bought, through an ancillary company, new premises on Brackenfell Boulevard.
Like the current premises, 200 metres to the south, this building, says Alexander, has a high profile and great scope for eye-catching signage. It also has ample staff and client parking space, something which is sorely lacking at the current building. The new building, bought from a existing service provider, is valued at R 5.7million and offers 340m2 office space. Occupation will be taken early in the New Year, but soon some staff will start moving over.
