Rowan Alexander, Director of the Cape Town northern suburbs estate agency, Alexander Swart Property, says those looking to buy or rent a home often ask at the outset, whether it has internet connectivity? If so, does it have a fiber optic or a wireless network? In today's property market this has become one of the most important attributes of a home for sale or to rent, as there are very few people who can manage without it.
Alexander Swart has, for this reason, agreed with an ISP (Internet Service Provider) Buzybuy, who is active, respected and ambitious to grow its client base. Owned and run by Dale Bredenkamp, it has some 2000 clients, and has grown rapidly in recent years.
"We will be in a strong position to recommend to all our clients the very wide range of Buzybuy services and special offers. Alexander stressed that clients will appreciate the extra service offered them. It will be useful to buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and even mortgage bond applicants.
"I predict that Buzybuy will grow their client base by 15% in the remaining four months of this year, as a result, at least in part, of this new tie-up with us . Their great advantage is that, unlike so many of the bigger companies in this field, they are able to offer personal on-site support and charge no fees for this service. In this respect they are well ahead of big companies using call centres that can keep clients waiting endlessly." Those considering switching from their current Internet Service Provider to his company, can with the help of Buzybuy, do this at minimal cost even though their current ISP account may not yet expired.
