ALEXANDER SWART LAUNCH A THIRD WORKSHOP-THIS TIME FOR PROPERTY SELLERS.

Category News

"Alexander Swart Property's workshops for property buyers and property investors have now become an accepted part of the whole property scene in Cape Town's Northern Suburbs, says Alexander Swart Property Director, Rowan Alexander.

Now he has decided to complement these with workshops for property sellers.  These will be held once  a month in the company's head office at Brackenfell.

Those attending these workshops will find that they are being addressed by two of Alexander Swart Property's top performers:  Jason Blight, who was the Brand Abassador for Alexander Swart Property in 2018, and Wiam Ingram who was top sales agent in that year.

These two agents, said Alexander, have through diligence and dedication achieved sales that many thought were impossible in today's economic climate.  They know exceptionally well what makes a home sell - from preparing it for viewing and show days to setting the right price and sale conditions.

"We will be publicising the subjects on which the agents will give advice later - at this stage I just want to point out to members of the public that if you are still considering selling a home we will be providing you with the sort of information which will help you and your agent achieve the desired goals.

Alexander said that initial indications point to the fact that many of those likely to be signing up for the sellers' workshop have already attended the other property advice workshops given by Alexander Swart Property.

"I think we can claim that we are making property selling more accessible to the man-in-the-street and are teaching him just how profitable and satisfying this type of investment can be," said Alexander. "Those interested should watch the local media for workshop dates."
