Living up to predictions made towards the end of 2019, Rowan Alexander, Director of Alexander Swart Property, announced this week that Alexander Swart had been awarded another sizeable portfolio of residential properties to sell. They are all in the Helderberg region and all in the fast selling R600 000 to R1, 2million bracket. The total value of the homes up for sale in this portfolio is over R19 million.

The tenants, for their part, were pleased to learn that rents will not be increased immediately and later annual rent increases will be in line with previous practices.
