Rowan Alexander, Director, of the new Alexander Swart enterprise, said that it has been satisfying to see how quickly and enthusiastically former clients had made use of Alexander Swart to do deals in other areas.
“I feel that this is a just reward for providing an honest and completely dedicated service in the Brackenfell and Kraafontein areas which we have been serving since 2009,” he said. In a previous statement Alexander said that the new real estate company expects to hit R1 billion turnover within 30 months.
“Operating along the lines we always favoured,” he said, “we expect to be the fastest growing Cape real estate company within the next two to five years.” He added that Alexander Swart would be focusing on the Northern Suburbs and the Atlantic Seaboard.
